Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Online Training Products – Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not happy with your online training course, please email info@succeedonpurpose.com with your proof of purchase and you will be given a full refund.
For a return of goods, please email info@succeedonpurpose.com with your proof of purchase and send your returned item to: 909 Lake Carolyn Parkway, Suite 330, Irving, Texas US 75039. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be processed. Your refund will be for the purchase price including the shipping and handling (if any) that was originally charged. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges -
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email at info@succeedonpurpose.com with your proof of purchase and send your item to: 909 Lake Carolyn Parkway, Suite 330, Irving, Texas US 75039. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
